Help Guide to use Sharrify!

Sharrify is a platform that allows users to share or rent their products with others for a cost. Whether you want to lend your items or rent what you need, Sharrify lets you share and rent products with people nearby. Whether you're looking to make money by lending your stuff or save money by renting instead of buying,
Sharrify makes the process easy, secure, and convenient — Sharrify is the go-to solution.

Super simple — just log in using your Google or Facebook account, No passwords, no hassle! and complete your profile with your name, location and phone number, & Start Renting!

• → Sign Up or Log in to Sharrify App
• → Tap on + Icon blinking on menu tab
• → Add photos, set your price, availability, and hit publish.

Done in Just 2 minutes.

Pretty much anything usable and legal — tools, gadgets, bikes, cameras, appliances, etc. Just make sure it follows our community guidelines.

• → Sign Up or Log in to Sharrify App
• → Search or browse items
• → Tap “Check Availability” and Start chat
• → Discuss your dates, product or price and confirm the deal

Once you both agreed, you can share your contact and location from quick suggestions and then you're good to go!

You can visit the product's location, check the product properly, and pay directly via UPI or cash. Simple and transparent.

• → Open Sharrify App
• → Go to Chats and Open chat in which you want to share your contact or location
• → Tap 🔗 share icon under chat box - "Share Details"
• → Tap "Share My Location" to Share your Current Location
• → Tap "Share Contact Number" to Share your Contact Number
• → Tap "Share Product Location" to Share the Location where the product hosted (only for product owners)

• → Sign Up or Log in to Sharrify App
• → Search or browse items
• → Open product details and scroll to bottom
• → Tap “Rating & Review → ” and check all its feedbacks from other users

• → Go to Chats Tab
• → Tap on "My Products"
• → Open user chat whom Rating & Review you want to check
• → Check ⭐ at the Top header
• → Tap ⭐ to open the popup with all its feedbacks

• → Open Sharrify App
• → Go to Chats and Open chat for product in which you want to add review
• → Tap 🔗 share icon under chat box - "Share Details & Review"
• → Tap "Rate & Review" to add your review, once you add Rating and Review, it will be visible on product description.

Sharrify doesn’t handle payments within the app. Once both parties agree through the in-app chat, the renter visits the item location, checks the product, and pays directly via UPI or cash. Simple and transparent.

Currently, Sharrify doesn’t charge any service or listing fees. What you earn or pay is entirely between you and the other user.

Yes. Every user signs in with a verified Google or Facebook account. You can also check user ratings and reviews before renting.

You can report the issue through the app. We mediate disputes fairly, and we're working toward integrating item insurance soon.

for reporting user/product:
• → Open Sharrify App
• → Go to Chats by tap "Chats"
• → Open Chat of the product you want to report
• → Tap on the [⋮] 3 dots top-right corner
• → Tap "Report" and describe the reason (for us to take action)

We will investigate and take strict action against the user by eliminating or freezing their account.

You can block or unblock the user through the app.

for blocking user:
• → Open Sharrify App
• → Search or Open the product (Check chats if you had a chatting before)
• → Tap on the block icon top-right corner
• → Tap "Block" and you won't see user and its products and chats.

You can also unblock user, Go to Profile → Tap "Blocked User" → Tap "Unblock", and you will continue to see its products and Chats.

You can delete chats through the app.

for delete chats:
• → Open Sharrify App
• → Go to Chats by tap "Chats"
• → Open Chat of the product you want to report
• → Tap on the [⋮] 3 dots top-right corner
• → Tap "Delete Chat" and chats will be deleted, You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.

Chat cannot be recover once it has been deleted.

• → Always communicate within the app
• → Check user ratings and reviews
• → Clear all your queries and doubts in Chats
• → Check Product properly before pay, Never pay before product received
• → Use UPI payments over Cash transactions

Yes, go to Sharrify App → Open Profile Tab → Tap "Delete Account". You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.
